We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially appreciated the convenience of having a key to enter after returning late at night. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance when they were open. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Nice hostel in the middle of the small city. Stuff was very helpful but not all of them was able to speak english. Good choice if you dont have much money and you dont plan to stay for longer time.
Room was clean but you can hardly say it was 3-persons room (I suppose it is same room as 2-person but with extra bed). There is no space in it at all, you dont have night lamp near 3rd bad and so on... One soap for 3 guests in bathroom is bad joke in my opinion

The hotel is just 2 minutes away from the Terms so really handy if you are planning a relax trip with massage and spa therapy. It´s clean with very helpfull staff even though the language barrier.
Staff didn´t speak english at all.

Good food and friendly staff. the location is perfect, close to restaurants and historic castles. Parking is also available, which is a plus.
The hotel desperately needs to be updated, it looks old and feels outdated. the wifi only works in the lobby, which was a huge inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, just a short stroll away from charming pedestrian streets and a captivating ancient castle. the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a lovely little balcony offering a nice view. the bathroom was also quite large and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delightful. the hotel had ample parking space, which was a big advantage.
The Wi-Fi service was limited to the lobby area and quite slow.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, very close to the town center. The room was spacious and clean, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the sitting area and in-room safe. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Stayed for 3 nights and had a nice experience. Great location, very close to the famous Termes and other historical spots nearby. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a balcony. It was a nice touch to have breakfast included, with plenty of food options to start off the day. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel could use an update as the interior and design of the room seemed a bit outdated. The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, which was inconvenient at times.
